The fantastic Glassie Farm Bunkhouse location comprises of two fantastically well-equipped bunkhouse units. These can sleep up to 39 people in total; The Original Bunkhouse unit sleeps 25 people and The Newer Bunkhouse unit sleeps 14 people.

The Bunkhouse provides flexible open plan style accommodation, which is divided into two amazingly well-equipped units with stunning views over the town and River Tay at Wades Bridge.

This is the perfect location for those wanting a self-catering unit with loads of outdoor activities on the doorstep. Making it ideal for group gatherings, stag and hen parties or a wedding/reception venue site, or just a place to re-charge, chill-out and take in the amazing surroundings with family and friends.

Glassie Farm Bunkhouse Beds:

The Original Bunkhouse unit has a total of 25 beds

The Newer Bunkhouse unit has a total of 14 beds

The Original Bunkhouse Unit

This spacious unit sleeps 25 in 4 bedrooms. Room 1 is the only bedroom on the ground floor and sleeps 6. The other rooms are on the top floor and can sleep 8, 4 and 7 respectively. All are bunk rooms except Room 4, this sleeps 7 in single beds.

Bathrooms: There is a disabled access shower / wet room that can be used by wheelchair clients staying in Room 1. As the Room 1 shower en-suite is not wheelchair accessible. Then there are another 2 washrooms with showers / toilet and basin facilities. All 4 showers are electric, so instant hot water.

There is a fully equipped kitchen that has a selection of fridges and a freezer / micro-wave / 2x electric kettles and a large water heating urn / 2x toasters. There is an electric oven with grill and 4 hotplates, as well as an electric Range cooker with 5 hot plates and 3 ovens. There are extractor hoods above both cookers. Then there is a dining area with large table that seats 10 easily, plus extra fold-away trestle tables to enable all 25 to be seated for a meal in one sitting. Plus a comfy homely seating area with 3 large sofas and a 32″ Flat screen TV (Freesat)& weak free Wi-Fi coverage.

This unit is heated by electric and has thermostats on all radiators so you can control the heat as required per room.

Newer Bunkhouse Unit

This modern unit sleeps 14 in 3 bunk rooms; 2 that sleep 4 and 1 that sleeps 6.

There is a fully equipped kitchen with an upright fridge / 2x under counter fridges / under counter freezer and a bottle fridge. There are 2x ovens/grills with 4 hotplates on each with extractors above. There are also 2x toasters / 2x electric kettles and a microwave. The dining area has comfy seating with a 32″ TV (Freesat) and there is a micro Hi-fi system with docking for iPod/iPhone/iPad, there is also a weak free Wi-Fi coverage.

There is a fully adjustable thermostat controlled heating in all bedrooms and kitchen/lounge areas, plus two excellent shower wet rooms and two separate toilets/basins.
